Founded in 1999 by Geoffrey Kater and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, S4 Studios is a creative design and full-service production company specializing in Visual Effects (VFX), Design, Animation, and In-Camera Visual Effects (ICVFX) for Virtual Production.

S4 Studios recently expanded its capabilities with the launch of a state-of-the-art Virtual Production and ICVFX stage located in Burbank, California. This new two-stage facility features a 51-foot LED wall designed for use in commercials, television, and film. The studio’s advanced setup integrates Unreal Engine, video playback, and post-visual effects, offering a seamless production pipeline from script to screen.
